About our ESL Projects!
The ESL Projects stand for Ecology Service Learning Project, AKA, giving back to the Earth as well as learning something in the process.
The project allows students to create and develop their own garden-based project and answer prompted questions from themselves and their amazingly awesome teacher, Mr. Bursch!
For our first project, we wanted to create a space for people to relax and enjoy life while still being economically friendly. So we decided to build a bench! In the process, we learned how to drill, properly work with wood, and measure precisely (and teamwork, obviously). Our first project ran from September 5th, 2017 to October 12th, 2017.
